Increment district reports - Exemption from copying

The fees that may be charged by a public body pursuant to the

provisions of paragraph 3 of Section 24A.5 of Title 51 of the

Oklahoma Statutes shall not be charged when a state agency or taxing

entity located within the boundaries of any district created

pursuant to the provisions of the Local Development Act request a

copy of the reports required by subsections A and B of Section 18 of

this act.
