Pipeline right-of-way - Eminent domain - Highways

Official statutory text

For the purpose of acquiring necessary right-of-way, every such

person is hereby granted the right of condemnation by eminent

domain, and in the use of the highways in this state, for the

purpose of transporting natural gas by pipelines, and the location,

laying, constructing, maintaining and operations thereof.
