Agents.
For the purpose of determining such production, a gauge of each
well shall be taken under rules and regulations to be prescribed by
the Corporation Commission, and said Commission is authorized and
directed to make and promulgate, by proper order, such other rules
and regulations, and to employ or appoint such agents with the
consent of the Governor, as may be necessary to enforce this act.
