PERFECTION OF OIL AND GAS SECURITY INTEREST
An oil and gas lien is granted and exists as part of and
incident to the ownership of oil and gas rights and is perfected
automatically without the need to file a financing statement or any
other type of documentation. An oil and gas lien exists and is
perfected from the effective date of this act.
