Expenditure - Personnel

Official statutory text

The Council may make expenditures for its operation within the

limits of funds made available to the Council by appropriation or

otherwise and may also employ and fix the compensation of the

personnel that the Council deems essential to the discharge of its

duties as provided by the Oklahoma Personnel Act.
