The Old Fort Gibson Stockade Commission shall transfer and
convey to the State of Oklahoma all of the lands and properties that
it has acquired and now holds in its name, to be held and used by
the State of Oklahoma for historical park purposes under
jurisdiction of the Oklahoma Historical Society.
