Oklahoma Statutes - Title 56. Poor Persons Page 56
A grant of assistance to any recipient of Old-Age Assistance or
Aid to the Blind, found to be incompetent, may be paid to a guardian
appointed by a court of competent jurisdiction.
Added by State Question No. 226, Initiative Petition No. 155, § 12,
adopted July 7, 1936. Amended by Laws 1939, p. 91, § 11, emerg.
eff. May 9, 1939.
