Assent to provisions of federal law

Official statutory text

The Commission shall have the authority to accept grants from

the federal government of money or services for the purpose of

augmenting assistance granted hereunder or to reimburse the state

for assistance granted hereunder and to conform to the requirements

of any federal agency or agencies governing said federal grants in

any manner not inconsistent with the constitution and laws of the

State of Oklahoma.

The Commission shall have the authority to make apportionments

in advance of funds under its control in accordance with the

requirements of the federal government where such funds are to be

matched in whole or in part by federal funds.
