Exemption from costs in guardianship cases

Official statutory text

No costs shall be charged whatsoever either by the court clerk

or by the county judge of the district court in cases involving the

guardianship of persons who are applicants for, or who are receiving

Social Security benefits or assistance or veterans disability

compensation or pension.
