Increase in assistance payments

The Oklahoma Public Welfare Commission shall cause, at as early

a date as practicable and not later than April 1, 1975, the Schedule

of Standard Money Payments for Assistance Plans in the categories of

needy aged persons, aid to families with dependent children, needy

blind persons and needy totally and permanently disabled persons, to

be raised Seven Dollars ($7.00) per person per month subject to a

finding by the Commission that the increase will not cause a

reduction in services or benefits under any program administered by

the Department of Institutions, Social and Rehabilitative Services.
