AFDC payments to adult custodians - Purpose

For purposes of Title 56 of the Oklahoma Statutes, public
assistance payments made to an eligible adult custodian in the Aid
to Families with Dependent Children program shall be deemed to be
made for the benefit of a minor child and shall be paid to the adult
having actual and continuous physical custody of the minor child.
