Lease of residences near penal institutions

Official statutory text

The Department of Corrections may lease residences near penal

institutions for wardens, deputy wardens, superintendents and

assistant superintendents of such institutions as needed and may buy

the option to purchase said residences. The cost of the lease and

the option to purchase shall be paid from operating funds of the

using institution or the Department of Corrections.
