Appeals from decisions of Board

Official statutory text

An appeal from the decision of the Plumbing Hearing Board upon

the suspension or revocation of a license, or upon any decision not

specifically provided for in The Plumbing License Law of 1955, may

be taken to the district court in accordance with the provisions of

Article II of the Administrative Procedures Act.
