Municipalities - Additional license requirements or fees

prohibited - Ordinances.
No additional licensing requirement or license fee shall be
required by any municipal corporation of this state. This act shall
not annul or supersede any existing municipal ordinances, nor
prevent the enactment of such ordinances, unless such ordinances
specifically conflict with the provisions of this act or regulations
issued by the Administrator pursuant to the provisions of this act.
