Continuing education programs

The Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and

Audiology is hereby authorized to establish requirements of

continuing education as a condition for the renewal of licensure of

speech-language pathologists and audiologists. The Board may assess

a reasonable fee to be paid by entities sponsoring continuing

education programs. Rules concerning accreditation of continuing

education programs and other educational experience, and the

assignment of credit for participation therein must be promulgated

by the Board at least one (1) year prior to implementation of

continuing education.
