State Board of Examiners of Perfusionists - Officers -

Official statutory text

Meetings.

A. Within thirty (30) days after the members of the State Board

of Examiners of Perfusionists are appointed, the Board shall meet to

elect a chair and vice-chair who shall hold office according to the

rules adopted by the Board.

B. The Board shall hold at least two regular meetings each year

as provided by the rules and procedures adopted by the Board.

C. A majority of the members of the Board, including the chair

and vice-chair shall constitute a quorum at any meeting, and a

majority of the required quorum shall be sufficient for the Board to

take action by vote.

D. The Board shall comply with the provisions of the Oklahoma

Open Meeting Act, the Oklahoma Open Records Act, the Administrative

Procedures Act, and any other general act, statutorily created duty

or requirement applicable to state agencies.
