Rescission or withdrawal of license

Official statutory text

If a license is issued pursuant to this act to a person not

entitled under this act to be licensed, the Executive Director may

rescind or withdraw the license instanter, pending the final outcome

of proceedings. In such cases, the Executive Director shall notify

the licensee of such action by certified mail, return receipt

requested, and shall include in such notice a provision that the

licensee may request a hearing concerning the emergency action and

opportunity to show that the license should be reinstated.
