Plane coordinates as supplement to Oklahoma base lines

For purposes of describing the location of any survey station or

land boundary corner in the State of Oklahoma, a plane coordinate

may be used to supplement but not to change the position of a land

boundary corner or land description as created by the Oklahoma base

lines and meridians.
