Noncollusion affidavit attached to bid submitted to school

district, county or municipality.
Any competitive bid submitted pursuant to the Public Competitive
Bidding Act of 1974 to a school district, county or municipality for
furnishing of goods or services shall be accompanied by the sworn
noncollusion statement contained in Section 85.22 of this title,
modified in wording to refer to the school district, county or
municipality instead of the state.
