Teachers' Retirement System Revolving Fund

Official statutory text

There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund

for the Teachers' Retirement System of Oklahoma, to be designated

"The Teachers' Retirement System Revolving Fund". The fund shall

consist of monies deposited to said fund by the Board of Trustees of

the Teachers' Retirement System of Oklahoma, or pursuant to said

Board's authorization. The revolving fund shall be a continuing

fund not subject to fiscal year limitations and shall be under the

administrative direction of the Board of Trustees of the Teachers'

Retirement System of Oklahoma. Expenditures from said fund shall be

made pursuant to general laws for expenses of administration of the

Teachers' Retirement System. Warrants for expenditures shall be

drawn by the State Treasurer based on claims signed by an authorized

employee or employees of the Teachers' Retirement System and

Oklahoma Statutes - Title 62. Public Finance Page 339

approved for payment by the Director of the Office of Management and

Enterprise Services.
