State Election Board Revolving Fund

Official statutory text

There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund

for the Secretary of the State Election Board. Said revolving fund

shall consist of all monies received by the Secretary of the State

Election Board under 26 O.S. 1971, Sections 161, 165a, 391 and 392.

The revolving fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal

year limitations. Expenditures from said fund shall be made

pursuant to the laws of this state and the statutes relating to the

Secretary of the State Election Board, and without legislative

appropriation. Warrants for expenditures from said fund shall be

drawn by the State Treasurer, based on claims signed by an

authorized employee or employees of the State Election Board and

approved for payment by the Director of the Office of Management and

Enterprise Services.
