Oklahoma Statutes - Title 62. Public Finance Page 368
A debtor municipal corporation or political subdivision of this
state is hereby permitted and authorized, as a debtor, to initiate
and conduct proceedings provided by the Bankruptcy Acts of the
United States for the readjustment of municipal debts according to
the provisions of said Bankruptcy Acts.
