Appropriations to state agency - Reduction

Official statutory text

Except as otherwise specifically provided by law, the total

amount of appropriations to a state agency contained in a bill shall

be reduced by the amount that any monies designated or limited for a

specified purpose have been disapproved by the Governor pursuant to

Section 12 of Article VI of the Oklahoma Constitution. Any such

monies shall remain in the fund from which they were appropriated.
