Experts and assistants of Director

The Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise
Services, with the approval of the Governor, shall employ and make
the appointment of such experts and assistants as may be necessary
to execute the purposes of the Oklahoma State Finance Act. No
appointments to positions shall be made in excess of those positions
authorized by the Legislature for the Division of the Budget, the
Division of Central Accounting and Reporting and the Information
Services Division.
