Act as authority for bonds - No election necessary -

Examination and approval by Attorney-General - Repeal - Effect on

existing laws.

This act shall be full authority for the issuance of the bonds

under this act authorized, without reference to any other act of the

Legislature of Oklahoma, and said bonds may be issued as herein

provided without an election; provided, however, that the provisions

of law, with respect to examination and approval of municipal bonds

by the Attorney General of Oklahoma, shall apply also to refunding

bonds issued under this act; and all acts, or parts of acts, in

conflict herewith are herewith repealed, but this act shall not be

construed to repeal other existing laws relating to municipal

funding or refunding bonds, except in so far as may be necessary to

make this act operative, and shall be construed, in all other

respects as in addition to existing refunding legislation.
