Sale of bonds to State Treasurer
Official statutory text
The State Treasurer of the State of Oklahoma shall purchase from
the commission at a private sale all of said bonds at par as an
investment of the public monies in his possession. The State
Treasurer shall buy, and the commission is authorized and directed
to, sell to the State Treasurer at private sale, as provided in this
section, all of the bonds authorized by this act. All interest
earned by such bonds as are held by the State Treasurer pursuant to
such investment shall, as collected, be paid into the State of
Oklahoma General Fund.
