Transfer of property, records, funds, etc. - Assumption

All property, records, equipment, supplies, funds, including

trust funds and revolving funds, and other assets, owned or

possessed by the State Department of Health for the East Central

Oklahoma Health and Social Service Center at Ada, Oklahoma, are

hereby transferred on April 7, 1972, to the Office of Public

Affairs. All contracts, leases, agreements, and obligations to

Oklahoma Statutes - Title 63. Public Health and Safety Page 1336

which the State Department of Health is a party for or on behalf of

said Health Center shall be assumed by the Director of the Office of

Management and Enterprise Services for the benefit of the East

Central Oklahoma Health and Social Service Center at Ada, Oklahoma.
