Contracts with employees of other state agencies for

interpreter services.

Any agency of this state that requires the services of a

qualified interpreter for a deaf person is authorized to enter into

contracts with employees of other state agencies if the work hours

of employment would not be contemporaneous except as otherwise

authorized by the agency who is the employer of such interpreter.
