Medicaid provider enrollment and credentialing process

Official statutory text

The Oklahoma Health Care Authority shall establish and maintain

for providers of Medicaid services:

1. A provider enrollment and credentialing process for

providers who receive fee-for-service reimbursement under the state

Medicaid program; and

2. A single consolidated provider enrollment and credentialing

process, in accordance with subsection D of Section 4002.4 of Title

56 of the Oklahoma Statutes and 42 C.F.R., Section 438.214, for

providers who enter into capitated contracts with contracted

entities under the Ensuring Access to Medicaid Act.
