Recommendation of priorities for flood hazard mitigation

In addition to other responsibilities designated or assigned to
it by the Department, the State Hazard Mitigation Team shall have
the power and duty to recommend priorities for flood hazard
mitigation projects for purposes of providing grants or loans for
such projects, based upon considerations specified by Section 690.4
of this title.
