Fee on natural gas sold to state or political

The Commissioners of the Land Office may charge a fee on natural

gas sold to the state or political subdivisions of the state. The

fee shall be for the purpose of funding the administrative costs of

Oklahoma Statutes - Title 64. Public Lands Page 38

the Commissioners of the Land Office for selling and marketing the

gas.
