Notice of sale - Publication

Official statutory text

Before selling lands and improvements authorized to be sold, the

Commissioners of the Land Office shall advertise the sale by

publication calculated to bring the highest and best bids. The

advertisement shall be at a minimum published in a newspaper of

general circulation in the county in which the land is situated for

fifteen (15) days prior to the date of sale. The notice shall state

the time and place of sale, the quantity of land to be sold and the

purposes of the sale.
