Division of proceeds of sales and leases

In accordance with Section 12 of the Enabling Act of this state,
the income, interest, rentals and proceeds of the sale of the
following lands, now collected and hereafter to be collected, are
hereby made available to the institutions to which the grants were
made, namely; for the benefit of -
The normal schools now established or hereafter to be
established 300,000 acres.
