Oklahoma Statutes - Title 66. Railroads Page 22
This article is not intended to repeal, modify, or affect any
law concerning the shipment, transportation or delivery of any kind
of freight without unnecessary delay, or within a reasonable time,
or any other law concerning common carriers now in force unless in
direct conflict herewith, and this article is hereby declared to be
supplemental to such law.
