Electronic access to data and reports
Official statutory text
The Oklahoma Tax Commission, upon request, shall provide the
Office of Management and Enterprise Services, the Oklahoma State
Senate and the Oklahoma House of Representatives electronic access
to any aggregate data and reports used by the Oklahoma Tax
Commission in developing revenue estimates and economic forecasts.
The aggregate data and reports which will be made accessible
pursuant to the provisions of this section shall not include any
records or other information required by law to be kept
confidential.
