Streamlined Sales Tax System Act - Confidential

Return information submitted to any party or parties acting for
and on behalf of the state shall be treated as confidential taxpayer
information. Disclosure of confidential taxpayer information
necessary under Sections 10 and 11 of this act shall be pursuant to
a written agreement between the Oklahoma Tax Commission and the
party or parties. Such party or parties shall be bound by the same
requirements of confidentiality as the Tax Commission pursuant to
the provisions of Section 205 of Title 68 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
