Minimum requirements - Additional regulation by city

The provisions of this act shall be construed as imposing

minimum requirements and shall not be construed as prohibiting any

city or town within the State of Oklahoma from passing such

Oklahoma Statutes - Title 68. Revenue and Taxation Page 690

ordinances as may be deemed necessary to properly regulate or

prohibit the sale and use of fireworks within its corporate limits.
