21st Century Quality Jobs Incentive Act

Official statutory text

The Oklahoma Department of Commerce shall prepare a report which

shall include, but not be limited to, documentation of the new

direct jobs created under this act and a fiscal analysis of the

costs and benefits of the act to the state. The report shall be

submitted to the President Pro Tempore of the Senate, the Speaker of

the House of Representatives and the Governor no later than March 1,

2011, and every three (3) years thereafter. The report may be used

for the purpose of determining whether to continue or sunset the

21st Century Quality Jobs Incentive Act.
