Disclosure of rates charged by charging station

A charging station operator shall make a full and conspicuous
disclosure at the site of the charging station and on the website
maintained by or on behalf of the owner or operator, if applicable,
or on a mobile software application for use on a cell phone, tablet
or similar handheld device of the rate at which the owner or
operator charges for electric power transferred to an electric
vehicle.
