Authority of governing bodies to cooperate

Each governing body shall have authority to enter into
agreements with any other governing body as herein defined, or with
the federal government, or with the State of Oklahoma, respecting
the financing, planning, establishment, improvement, maintenance or
vacation of limited access facilities.
