Markers.

U.S. Highway 412 from its new alignment west of the Locust Grove

area east to Flint Creek shall be designated "Scenic U.S. Highway

412". The Oklahoma Department of Transportation shall cause

suitable permanent markers to be placed upon the highway bearing

said name.
