Helen Cole Memorial Highway

Official statutory text

Interstate 35 between Interstate 240 and Indian Hills Road shall

be designated as the “Helen Cole Memorial Highway”. The Department

of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers to be

placed on the highway bearing her name.
