Deputy Mike Roberts and Deputy Tim Lowry Memorial

Highway.
The portion of State Highway 39 extending from the municipal
limits of the City of Asher to the municipal limits of the City of
Konawa shall be designated as the “Deputy Mike Roberts and Deputy
Tim Lowry Memorial Highway”. Pursuant to the provisions of Title 69
of the Oklahoma Statutes, the Department of Transportation shall
cause suitable permanent markers to be placed upon the highway
bearing that name.
