Highway.

The section of State Highway 82 beginning at the southern

municipal limit of Vian and extending north to the municipal limit

of Vian shall be designated as the "Captain Frederick F. Henry Medal

of Honor Memorial Highway". The Department of Transportation shall

cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on

the highway.
