USAF Capt. Nick Karpis Vietnam Veteran Memorial

Highway.
The section of State Highway 78 beginning just north of the
intersection of State Highway 22 extending northwesterly to the
eastern municipal limits of Milburn in Johnston County shall be
designated as the "USAF Capt. Nick Karpis Vietnam Veteran Memorial
Oklahoma Statutes - Title 69. Roads, Bridges, and Ferries Page 274
Highway". The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable
permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway.
