Representative Howard Paul Cotner Memorial Highway

The section of U.S. Highway 283 beginning at County Road East
1660 extending north to the intersection of Tamarack Road in the
City of Altus in Jackson County shall be designated as the
"Representative Howard Paul Cotner Memorial Highway". The
Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers
bearing that name to be placed on the highway.
