CDR Ernest "Chief" Evans Medal of Honor Recipient

Memorial Trail.

The section of State Highway 18 beginning at Black Bear Creek on

the north edge of Pawnee extending north to the intersection of

State Highway 15 shall be designated as the "CDR Ernest "Chief"

Evans Medal of Honor Recipient Memorial Trail". The Department of

Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that

name to be placed on the highway.
