Road and highway mapping system

With monies made available, the Department of Transportation
shall create and maintain an on-line, updateable, real-time and
interactive mapping system for the road and highway systems for this
state. The Department shall promulgate rules that will provide for
accessing the mapping system information. The Department shall
submit an annual report to the Speaker of the House of
Representatives and the President Pro Tempore of the Senate on the
progress for the design and implementation of the mapping system
until the system is operational.
