Oklahoma Statutes - Title 69. Roads, Bridges, and Ferries Page 26

The legislative authority of any city or town for all streets

and highways within the corporate limits of such city or town; and

the board of county commissioners of each county as to all county

highways; and the State Highway Commission of the State of Oklahoma

as to all state highways.
