Judicial determination of validity of bonds

The provisions of Section 1718 of Title 69 of the Oklahoma
Statutes are hereby made applicable to this act and the trustees of
any public trust proposing to lay out, construct, operate or
maintain any such toll expressway shall be entitled to have a
judicial determination of the validity of the bonds and any other
legal questions relating to the proceedings, the purpose of which is
to cause the construction of a toll expressway in the same manner as
provided in such act for the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority.
Statutes are hereby made applicable to this act and the trustees of
